To place an order, please download our Order Form, and fax back to us at (732) 289-6244 (24x7) or email to us at sales@accelpharmtech.com. You are always welcome to use you own order form, please make sure your detailed order information including shipping address, billing address, contact person's name, signature, phone number, fax number and email address.
Payment method
We accept the following payment method:
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Purchase order(s), once confirmed, may not be cancelled or withdrawn unless agreed by both parties. 50% down payment may be collected upon receiving the order. If cancelled without consent from us (Accel Pharmtech LLC), 100% balance of the purchase order must be due and payable immediately, with or without shipment of the product.
All sales are final except for quality reasons. You must report quality issue within two (2) weeks or ten (10) business days upon receiving of product(s) or good(s) for return or refund to be processed. After two (2) weeks or ten (10) business days period from the product(s) or good(s) receiving date, all return or refund request(s) may be declined.
Shipping
Currently we charge $40 flat basic standard shipping/handling fee for customers within the continent of the US for one package up to 5kg. For customers in other locations, shipping and handling fees are calculated based on Fedex, DHL,TNT or EMS rate. We do not charge any rush ordering fee, bank fee etc. Shipping and handling fee is subject to change without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. The informations we collect are for internal use only and will not be disclosed to any unrelated parties, except to the extent necessary for completing that order.
